4. Why we collect and use informationWe process your information to:create and manage your account and secure portal access,
verify your identity, age and eligibility,
enable doctor and pharmacist review and provide you with clinical outcomes,
coordinate supply/fulfilment with pharmacies (where appropriate),
provide support, prevent fraud/abuse, maintain security,
improve the site, services and user experience,
meet legal/regulatory obligations, and(with consent) send service notices and permitted updates.
We do not publicly advertise prescription products. Any product information is provided only inside the patient portal as part of care, in line with Australian restrictions on advertising vaping goods to the public. Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)
5. When we share informationWe may share personal and health information with:AHPRA-registered clinicians for assessment and ongoing care,Australian pharmacies for dispensing and delivery arrangements,
trusted service providers (hosting, cloud, security, ID verification, payments, analytics, communications),
professional advisers (legal, accounting, insurance) and auditors,
regulators/law enforcement where required or authorised by law,
entities involved in a corporate transaction (subject to confidentiality), and
any third party you authorise or direct us to share with.We may provide de-identified or aggregated analytics for research, reporting and service improvement.
6. International transfersOur trusted providers may store/process data in Australia or other countries. Where data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients protect it in a way that is substantially similar to the APPs. OAIC

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable any available security features.8.
